Disinfecting Eggs

  • If you put cracked eggs in your incubator, they will be rotten due to the bacteria infiltration.
  • ☞ At first, prepare ethyl alcohol, absorbent cotton, and adhesive.
☞ Apply the ethyl alcohol on absorbent cotton and clean the eggs with care.
☞ Dries up, apply the adhesive on the surface of broken shell. Do not apply the adhesive wide.
☞ Dries up, put the eggs on your incubator with care.

  • The egg must be sterilized for hatching before it can be placed in the incubator.
There are two different types of sterilization process: Fumigation and precipitation.
Using the Fumigate sterilizing process, the egg must first be placed in a sealed room then apply formalin and permanganic acid to prevent any germs from penetration in into the egg.
Using the precipitation sterilizing process, the egg needs to be placed in diluted antiseptic water for a given time and then left out to dry.
Moreover, there is another way to sterilize the egg by using spray and dry out. By purchasing RCOM products you will notice the efficiency of using liquid sterilizer.
